Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. If you select the icon for these apps, File Explorer opens and highlights the executable file.

The Health report starts off by showing you the last time a Device Health scan was run. The time displayed should be basically the current time, as Windows Security tries to run a Device Health scan when you open the Device performance & health page.. If you’re an Insider and the current preview build isn’t working for you, select Start > Settings > System > Recovery .Next to Go back , select Go back.This won’t remove your personal files, but it’ll remove recently installed apps and drivers, and change settings back to their defaults.
