Before you set up an out of office or automatic reply in Outlook, you'll need to know your Outlook account type. The steps you'll follow will depend on whether you have a Microsoft Exchange Outlook email account (if you have email through an organization, such as the place where you work) or an IMAP or POP3 account (if you have an individual email account such as Yahoo or Gmail).

To open the Start menu—which contains all your apps, settings, and files—you can do any of the following: On the center or left end of the taskbar, select the Start icon.

When prompted, enter the product key. You can find the product key on the sticker on the CD case or other packaging. If you need help, see Find your Product Key for Office 2007.

Check the Xbox services, games, and apps for any service outages.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).

Notes: If you don't see Go to Microsoft Store on the Activation page, contact your organization's support person.. If you made a substantial hardware changes to your device (such as replacing the motherboard) and you have a valid product key, try to activate Windows by phone.

To change your screen resolution, use the drop-down menu next to Display resolution.. Note: You should use the Recommended resolution. If you change the resolution, content might appear blurry or pixelated.
