Sometimes you need to make a change to your email account settings. If you have a new password, if your email provider has asked you to change settings, or if you're having problems with sending and receiving email, you can change your email account settings through Mail in the Windows Control Panel, or from Outlook.

If you have to change your email password, you’ll need to do that with your email provider (for example, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Xfinity, or a corporate Exchange server).

In the Rule Address dialog, under Address Book, select the contact list that contains the address you want to forward to.. In the To box at the bottom, enter the email address that you want to forward all your mail to.Select OK.You should see the email address you want all of your email forwarded to inserted into the rule under Step 2.
