Focused Inbox. Focused Inbox helps you focus on the emails that matter most. It separates your inbox into two tabs—Focused and Other. If messages aren't sorted the way you like, you can move them and set where to deliver future messages from that sender.

Notes: You can use most static image files on PC, macOS, iOS and Android, but HEIC and animated GIFs are not supported, sorry. To see entire portrait or landscape photos, use a photo editing app to add borders to make the image square.

Tip: Creating an Outlook.com email address gives you a brand-new email address that is attached to your existing Microsoft account.This makes several benefits and features available to you within the Microsoft suite of products, particularly within Outlook. Make text bigger on your screen. If the text size feels too small when navigating through Windows, you can make the text bigger. This affects, for example, title bars, menus, and icon texts.

If you get an email about unusual activity on your Microsoft account, or if you’re worried that someone else might have used your account, go to the Recent activity page.You’ll see when your Microsoft account was signed in during the last 30 days, along with any device or app-specific info.

You can paste the photo into an Office document, an email message, or on your PC's desktop.
