Use a Search Folder. Messages that you flag appear automatically in the For Follow Up Search Folder. If the folder was deleted, you can re-create the Search Folder. On the Folder tab, in the New group, click New Search Folder.

Check for updates in the Phone Link by opening Settings > About > Check for updates.Install any pending updates to make sure your content stays up-to-date. You may also need to check for updates in the Link to Windows app on your Android device.

The slide show opens in the Recording window (which looks similar to Presenter view), with buttons at the top left for starting, pausing, and stopping the recording.Click the round, red button (or press R on your keyboard) when you are ready to start the recording. A three-second countdown ensues, then the recording begins.

To change appearance, select Appearance and make the changes you want to your default theme, zoom, toolbar, and fonts.
