On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. Blur. Select the Blur option, then use the slider to adjust the Blur intensity, then select Apply to blur the background.. Remove. Select the Remove option, then select Apply to remove the image background.. Replace. Select the Replace option, then use the color palette to select the background color. Alternatively, you can specify the RGB values for the desired color.

Make text bigger on your screen. If the text size feels too small when navigating through Windows, you can make the text bigger. This affects, for example, title bars, menus, and icon texts.
