There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled.

If you are using a mouse, select Start > Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier.Select View, and then open the Keep the mouse pointer or Keep the text cursor drop-down menu, and select how Magnifier behaves when the mouse pointer or text cursor move around the screen. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open Task Manager.If you don’t see Task Manager after pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.. If Task Manager flickers along with everything else on the screen, a display driver is probably causing the problem.
