Windows provides the following privacy settings to give you control over your privacy. Advertising ID. Windows generates a unique advertising ID for each user on a device, which app developers and advertising networks can then use for their own purposes, including providing more relevant advertising in apps.

Windows Security provides built-in security options to help protect your device from malicious software attacks. To access the features described below, tap the Windows Start button, type windows security, select it from the results, and then select Device security.

Select Family, and then select More options under the account that you want to manage.; Select Remove from family group, and then follow the instructions on-screen.; After the member has been removed, select Add a family member, enter their email address, and then select Next.; Select Organizer > Next > Invite.

Tip: If you've invited an external participant to be a guest speaker and you want to further limit their access to the meeting chat, you can schedule their presentation as the meeting's last session.The meeting organizer or moderator can then monitor the participant list during the meeting, and if the speaker joins outside their allocated time, they can manually remove them.

Disable all macros except digitally signed macros Macros are disabled, and security alerts appear if there are unsigned macros present.However, if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro just runs. If the macro is signed by a publisher you haven't trusted yet, you are given the opportunity to enable the signed macro and trust the publisher.

You can now choose who can use team, channel, and group @mentions. Choose whether to use shift-based tags: To use shift-based tags, in the Settings tab, go to Tags and turn on the Shifts toggle.. Notes: If your plan is to associate the new team site with a SharePoint hub site, you can streamline the process by first navigating to the hub site and clicking the Create site link in the top right corner there. The new team site will automatically be associated with that hub site. If you don't see the + Create site link, self-service site creation may be disabled in SharePoint.
