Open or import items from an offline Outlook Data File (.ost)
Outlook Data Files (.ost) are used when you have an Exchange account and want to work offline or use or use the default Cached Exchange Mode. This type of data file is also used for accounts that you set up with the Outlook Connector for Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail).

How to find and enable missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps

Command-line switches for Microsoft Office products

Track changes in Word - Microsoft Support
Go to Review > Track Changes. When Track Changes is on, the section is highlighted. Deletions are marked with a strikethrough, and additions are marked with an underline. Different authors' changes are indicated with different colors. When Track Changes is off, the section is not highlighted.
