From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

To create installation media, go to the software download website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions. On that website, you can select a version of Windows and create your own installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD. To go directly to one of the versions, select one of these links: Windows 10 (Then select Download now.)

Select Install (or depending on your version, Install apps> ). From the home page select Install apps (If you set a different start page, go to aka.ms/office-install .) For Microsoft 365 operated by 21 Vianet go to login.partner.microsoftonline.cn/account. For Microsoft 365 Germany go to portal.office.de/account.

Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and then install any available updates. If the problems aren't all resolved, try running the troubleshooter again to check for additional errors, or see Fix Windows Update errors and follow the troubleshooting steps.

If you upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on your PC, these steps will help you enable virtualization. Note: Many Windows 10 PCs—and all PCs that come preinstalled with Windows 11—already have virtualization enabled, so you may not need to follow these steps. Before you begin, determine your device model and manufacturer.

Here’s how to install the Media Feature Pack: On Windows 10 N: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature. Find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features. On Windows 11 N: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Optional features.

Create Windows 11 installation media. On the Windows 11 software download page , select Create tool now and follow the instructions to install Windows 11. Warning: Microsoft recommends against installing Windows 11 on a device that does not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements.

Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall. Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now.
