Windows 11 Windows 10. If your system is asking you for your BitLocker recovery key, the following information may help you locate your recovery key and understand why you're being asked to provide it. Launch the Xbox app for PC. Click your Profile picture. Click on Support. Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool. Click on Start Troubleshooting.

Connect a USB drive to your PC, select it, and then select Next. Select Create. Many files need to be copied to the recovery drive, so this might take a while. If you ever need to use the recovery drive to reinstall Windows 11 on your PC, see Recovery options in Windows for further instructions.

Select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. Reinstall the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.

Windows 11 Windows 10. Uninstall from the Start menu. Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall.

How to open PC Health Check. In Windows, use Search on the taskbar to search for “PC Health Check,” then select it from the list of results. If a PC Health Check update is available, you can quickly install it for the latest version.

The Bluetooth icon is missing, or Bluetooth can't be turned on or off. Bluetooth doesn't work after a Windows update is installed. Bluetooth doesn't work after you upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. Bluetooth doesn't appear in Device Manager, and there are no unknown devices listed.
