The Calculator app for Windows is a touch-friendly version of the desktop calculator in previous versions of Windows. You can open multiple calculators at the same time in resizable windows on the desktop and switch between Standard, Scientific, Graphing, Programmer, Date calculation, and Converter modes.

Install Microsoft 365 2019 or 2016 on a PC. Remember a one-time purchase version of Microsoft 365 is licensed for one install only. Depending on your browser, select Open file (in Edge or Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).

Go to microsoft365.com and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. Select Install apps. Follow the instructions in the browser to download the installer and start your installation.

Select the Microsoft 365 folder from the virtual drive and then double-click either the Setup32.exe to install the 32-bit version of Microsoft 365, or Setup64.exe to install the 64-bit version to begin the offline installation.

If you already redeemed a product key, you're simply reinstalling the apps, or you know you have an assigned license through work or school, you can skip ahead and go to the section sign in to download and install Microsoft 365 or Office.

The 64-bit version of Microsoft 365 is automatically installed unless you explicitly select the 32-bit version before beginning the installation process. To install either the 32 or 64-bit version of Microsoft 365, Office 2021, or Office 2019, follow the steps in Install Office on a PC.

After you've signed up for Microsoft 365, you and your employees can install Office apps. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and choose Office software. Under Language, choose the language you want, and then choose Install. When prompted, choose Run.
