Use a screen reader to add Microsoft Planner tasks to a calendar
In the Planner main view, press Shift+Tab until you hear "My tasks," and press Enter. The My tasks view opens. Press the Tab key until you hear "More button," and then press Enter. You hear: "Add My tasks to Outlook calendar." Press Enter. The Add "My tasks" to Outlook calendar with an iCalendar feed dialog box opens.

Import Google Calendar to Outlook - Microsoft Support
In Outlook on your desktop (Outlook 2013 or later), go to your Calendar. Choose File > Open & Export > Import/Export. In the Import and Export Wizard, choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file, and then choose Next.

Import iCal items into Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support
Outlook can import events and to-do items from iCal. In Outlook, the to-do items appear as tasks. In iCal, on the File menu, choose Export. Note: Outlook can only import iCal events that are saved in the Export (.ics) format. Outlook can't import events saved in the iCal Archive (.icbu) format.

If you don't have Outlook installed on your computer, you can't import Google Calendar into Outlook Web App or Outlook on the web. But you can subscribe to a Google Calendar. This option has less functionality than importing the calendar.
