To print a workbook, click any of its sheets. On the File menu, click Print. On the Printer menu, select the printer that you want. The default is to print all active sheets. To change what is printed, select Show Details.

To print the active sheet or sheets, or the whole workbook, in the Print dialog box, select from Selection, Active Sheet (s), Entire workbook, or Table. Click Print.

If you print a specific selection on a worksheet frequently, you can define a print area that includes just that selection. A print area is one or more ranges of cells that you designate to print when you don't want to print the entire worksheet.

If you can print from Windows but not from specific apps like Word or Excel, the issue may be caused by app settings, corrupted files, outdated drivers, or Windows printing services. Follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

When an Excel worksheet spans more than one page, you can print row and column headings (also known as headers or labels) on every page.

To print your file and check or change the properties for your printer, click Print. To print your file without checking or changing the properties for your printer, click Quick Print.
