Download the offline installer from your account portal. To download the offline installer, go to www.office.com. If you're not already signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your copy of Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 do that now.

Launch the Xbox app for PC. Click your Profile picture. Click on Support. Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool. Click on Start Troubleshooting.

All Outlook Data Files (.pst) and Offline Data Files (.ost) are listed along with the name of the account the files are associated with. If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.

Once you verify you have a license, anytime you need to install or reinstall Microsoft 365 you can go straight to the section below, Sign in to download Office and select the tab for steps to install on a PC or Mac. You'll sign in with your work or school account for these versions of Microsoft 365. *If you don't have a product key or an account.

Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, and then select Connect. Enter any additional email addresses that you want to use and then select Next. After all your accounts have been added, choose if you want to set up Outlook mobile or wait until later. Select Done. It can take several minutes for Outlook to download your email and other data.
