If you can't sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account, or you're not sure how to sign in or sign out, here are some solutions. Sign in to Hotmail or Outlook.com. To sign in to Outlook.com or Hotmail, you'll need your Microsoft Account username and password. Sign-in

Your Hotmail or Outlook.com password is the same as your Microsoft Account password. If you can you sign in but are having problems with Outlook.com, check the service status. If the status isn't green, wait until the service is running normally and try again.

Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

Choose Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair. Note: The Repair option isn't available if you're using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook. From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To install Microsoft 365 in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options. Choose the language and bit version you want, and then select Install.

Unblock or unlock your account. To unblock your account, you'll need to reset your password. Unblock your account. Enter the email address of the blocked account, then enter the characters you see on your screen and select Next. Enter the code generated by your authenticator app or select Use a different verification option to get a text message.

Open Device Manager. In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select Device Manager from the menu.

Select the Classic Outlook tab and follow those steps instead. On the View tab, select View settings. Select Accounts > Automatic Replies . Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle. Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times.
