Group a set of items and then apply an animation. SmartArt graphics and text boxes—including bullet lists—are already grouped, so you can animate them without these preparation steps. Hold down the Ctrl key and click all the objects that you want to animate together.

Insert animated 3D graphics - Microsoft Support
Embed an animated 3D graphic. Select Insert > 3D Models > From Online Sources. In the dialog box, select a category that has a "runner" badge , which indicates that the graphics in it are animated.
