Before you get started, if you have external displays connected to your PC, choose the display you want to change. Select Start > Settings > System > Display, and look at the section that shows your displays. Select the display you want to change. When that's done, follow the instructions below.

Cast to a display from a Windows PC. You can wirelessly connect your PC to a TV, projector, or other kind of external display that supports Miracast. Turn on your TV, projector, or other display. If you're using a Miracast dongle or adapter, make sure it's plugged in to the display.

Windows 11 Windows 10. Turn on your TV or projector. If you're using a Miracast dongle or adapter, make sure it's plugged in to the display. On your PC, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. On right side of the taskbar, select the Network icon > Cast > pick your display or adapter. Follow any additional instructions on the screen. Otherwise, you're done.

To resize desktop icons, right-click (or press and hold) the desktop, point to View, then select Large icons, Medium icons, or Small icons. Change the size of your desktop icons.

View your PC info. Windows 10. Type about in the search box on your taskbar, and then select About your PC.
