Use the Office offline installer to install Office 2016 or Office 2013 if you don't have an active Internet connection or you're having problems with slow speed or unreliable connections.

Outlook 2016. This article describes update 5002523 for Microsoft Outlook 2016 that was released on November 7, 2023. Be aware that the update in the Microsoft Download Center applies to the Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2016.
