Step 1: Install the language accessory pack. Select the version of Microsoft 365 you're using from the tabs below, then select the language desired from the drop-down list. Then choose the appropriate architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) from the download links provided. If you're not sure what you're using, see What version am I using?

Open an Office program, such as Word. Select File > Options > Language. Under Office display language, on the Set the Office Language Preferences, select Install additional display languages from Office.com. Choose the desired language in the Add an authoring language dialog and then select Add.

You can use the Inbox Repair tool (SCANPST.EXE) to diagnose and repair errors in your Outlook data file. The Inbox Repair tool checks the Outlook data files on your computer to see if they're in good shape.
