Basic tasks in Spreadsheet Compare - Microsoft Support
On the Start screen, click Spreadsheet Compare. If you do not see a Spreadsheet Compare option, begin typing the words Spreadsheet Compare, and then select its option. In addition to Spreadsheet Compare, you'll also find the companion program for Access – Microsoft Database Compare.

Compare workbooks using Spreadsheet Inquire - Microsoft Support
Say you want to compare versions of a workbook, analyze a workbook for problems or inconsistencies, or see links between workbooks or worksheets. If Microsoft Microsoft 365 or Office Professional Plus 2013 is installed on your computer, the Spreadsheet Inquire add-in is available in Excel.

Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner) and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu. Select the Microsoft 365 or Office product you want to repair and select Modify. To install an add-in that is typically installed with Excel, such as Solver or the Analysis ToolPak, run the setup program for Excel or Microsoft Office and choose the Change option to install the add-in. After you restart Excel, the add-in should appear in the Add-Ins available box.
