Use your device's camera to create a new screen recording in Stream web app. Go to stream.office.com. On the + New video recording button near the top left of the screen, select the down arrow to open a drop-down menu. Select New screen recording. This will open the camera. Select the Options button.

When you upload a video to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or Yammer, Stream will autogenerate a thumbnail from the video's contents. You can change the thumbnail of audio or video files by uploading a new one or picking a frame from the video as the new thumbnail.

In the search box on the Windows taskbar, type and then select Task Manager. Select More details. In the list of running processes, select the Broadcast bar server (bcastdvr.exe) process (if it's still there), and then select End task. Restart your game and try recording again.
