Download the offline installer from your account portal. To download the offline installer, go to www.office.com. If you're not already signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your copy of Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 do that now.

Follow the instructions in the window to find your Microsoft 365 apps. For example depending on your version of Windows, select Start and then scroll to find the app you want to open such as Excel or Word, or type the name of the app in the search box.

If you're having an installation issue such as Microsoft 365 taking long to install, try Need help? for a list of common issues. Activate Microsoft 365 or Office. To open an app, select the Start button (lower-left corner of your screen) and type the name of an app, like Word.

If you're having problems with Windows 11 on your PC or you want a fresh copy of Windows 11 without the clutter of old files or apps, you can reinstall Windows 11 to try and fix your issues and return your PC to a cleaner state. Check your disk space.

Windows 11, versions 22H2 and 23H2 share a common core operating system and an identical set of system files. Because of this, the release notes for Windows 11, versions 22H2 and 23H2 will share an update history page. Each release page will contain a list of addressed issues for 22H2 and 23H2.
