Press Windows logo key + S or select Search, type cmd, and then select Run as administrator under Command Prompt on the right side. Then type the following command and press Enter: schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"
