Ready to install Microsoft 365 or Office 2024? Before you begin, make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements. If you already redeemed a product key, reinstalling the apps, or you have an assigned license through work or school, you can skip ahead and go to the section sign in to download and install Microsoft 365 or Office.

There are different ways to remove apps and programs, so if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can try another location. Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. You can try to repair a program first, if it's just not running correctly.

To install a standalone version of classic Outlook for Windows, select your language from the dropdown, and then select Download. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. Which language do you need? Tip: You can also try installing classic Outlook from the Microsoft Store.

Alternatively, if installation doesn't start automatically, browse the disc to find the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe or Install.exe. Open the file to start installation.

Block you from uninstalling a program through Add or Remove Programs (or Programs and Features) in Control Panel. If you're trying to remove malware, you can use Windows Security (or another antivirus tool), or you can use the Windows Malicious Software Removal tool.

To run a Control Panel tool in Windows, type the appropriate command in the Open box or at a command prompt. NOTE: If you want to run a command from a command prompt, you must do so from the Windows folder.
