ISSUE. Your Office applications may crash when you try to access files from OneDrive. This can happen with Excel, Word, Outlook, or PowerPoint on a Windows 7 PC. STATUS: FIXED. This is caused by an old version of OneDrive installed on the PC that's no longer automatically updating.
