The modern font picker for Office makes it easier and faster to find just the right font that perfectly suits your document. Note: Modern font picker is currently available only in Word for the web and PowerPoint for the web. Many of the features of modern font picker are available only with an Microsoft 365 subscription.

Embed fonts in a publication to ensure their availability
Click File > Info > Manage Embedded Fonts. In the Fonts dialog box, select the font, and then do one of the following: To embed the font when the font has been set to not be embedded, click Embed. To change the embedding status to Don't embed when the font has been set to be embedded, click Don't embed. Top of Page.

About font license restrictions - Microsoft Support
You can check the license restrictions on the TrueType fonts you've used in a publication by opening the publication and clicking File > Info > Manage Embedded Fonts. If you used a restricted font, you can either change to an unrestricted font or ask your printing service for advice.

About font license restrictions - Microsoft Support
Fonts installed on your computer are licensed by their manufacturers for specific uses. For example, a font license might allow you to use the font to display on your monitor and print on your desktop printer; however, the license might restrict you from embedding the font when you save your publication. Publisher only embeds TrueType fonts.

About third-party fonts. When you download and install these kinds of fonts you can then use them in any of your software applications. But keep these things in mind: You download third-party fonts at your own risk. There are many legitimate sites where you can purchase fonts. However, some vendors don’t allow you to embed them.
