Learn how to use the Gaming Services Repair Tool to troubleshoot installation and update issues with Gaming Services on PC.

First, you'll need to download the troubleshooter. Download troubleshooter. If you see the File Download box when you start downloading, select Run or Open. The troubleshooter provides steps for you to follow. If a program isn't listed in the uninstall options, you'll be asked for that program's product code.

In the search box on the taskbar, enter control panel and select Control Panel from the results. Select Programs > Programs and Features. Check which version of DirectX is installed. The DxDiag tool reports detailed information about the DirectX components and drivers installed on your system and can be used.
