To reduce disk space requirements in Windows 10 and improve installation time, language packs have been split into language components and Features on Demand v2 (Capabilities). Language components include the user interface text for that language and basic Cortana capabilities.
Use Microsoft Translator in Microsoft Edge browser
In the Translate to dropdown, choose the language you want the page translated into. The default is the language you've set for Microsoft Edge. To translate the page, click Translate. To always automatically translate from the source language, select the Always translate from [Language] check box.

Turn on East Asian language features in Office for Mac
Click the Word menu, or the menu for the Microsoft 365 application you opened, and then select Preferences. Under Authoring and Proofing Tools, click East Asian Languages. Select Japanese, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese.
