Redeem a product key. Didn't get one? If your product key is already linked to your Microsoft account, skip to Step 2. Go to office.com/setup. Sign in with an existing or new Microsoft Account and enter your product key. Once Visio is associated with your Microsoft account, you no longer need the product key.

Install Office. Select the Microsoft 365 folder from the virtual drive and then double-click either the Setup32.exe to install the 32-bit version of Microsoft 365, or Setup64.exe to install the 64-bit version to begin the offline installation. Ready to install? Before you begin, make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements. If you already redeemed a product key, you're simply reinstalling the apps, or you know you have an assigned license through work or school, you can skip ahead and go to the section sign in to download and install Microsoft 365 or Office.

Remove an installed Windows update. Reset your PC. Use the Startup Repair function. Use installation media to reinstall Windows 11. Use installation media to restore your PC. Use a recovery drive to restore or recover your PC. Go back to your previous version of Windows. Restore from a system restore point.
