Download and install custom fonts to use with Office
After you find a font that you would like to use with an Office application, you can download it and install it through the operating system that you are currently using on your computer. Because fonts work with the operating system, they are not downloaded to Office directly.

You can create, view, and edit the business information set for your publication, run the Design Checker to preview potential problems and fixes for your publication, and manage fonts and substitution.

Remove languages and fonts you don't use - Microsoft Support
In Control Panel, type Fonts in the search box at the top right. Under Fonts , click Preview, delete, or show and hide fonts . Select the font that you want to remove, and then click Delete .

Add East Asian fonts in Windows 10 for use with Office documents
Add a language and associated fonts. Click the Windows Start button, click Settings, and then click Time & language. Click Region & language, and then click Add a language. Click the language for the font you want to add. Any fonts associated with that language will be downloaded, and your text should display correctly.

Click File > Info > Manage Embedded Fonts. In the Fonts dialog box, select the Embed TrueType fonts when saving publication check box.
