Restore deleted files or folders in OneDrive - Microsoft Support
Files deleted from your Personal Vault will only show up in your recycling bin if your Personal Vault is unlocked before you check the recycle bin. You can use the Show Personal Vault items command in the recycle bin to unlock the Personal Vault and see those items.

Delete and recover files in Microsoft Teams
Hover over the file you want to delete and select More actions > Delete . Your file will be moved to Recycle bin . Select OneDrive in Teams. Select Recycle bin . Find the file you want to recover. Right-click the file and select Restore . The file will be restored to the last location it was stored. Under Chat , go to Channels.

Restore deleted items from the site collection recycle bin

Restore your OneDrive - Microsoft Support
To restore your entire OneDrive, you'll need to have Microsoft 365. Go to the OneDrive website. (Make sure you're signed in with the correct account.) If you're signed in with a personal account with a Microsoft 365 subscription, at the top of the page, select Settings > Options, and then select Restore your OneDrive from the left navigation.
