Add an app to run automatically at startup in Windows 10
With the file location open, press the Windows logo key + R, type shell:startup, then select OK. This opens the Startup folder. Set apps to run automatically when you start your device
Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Startup. Open Startup settings. For any app in the list, select the toggle to set it to On. If you want to change the advanced settings for that app, select the arrow and make changes as desired.

Automatically start an Office program when you turn on your computer
