Known issues with Outlook Desktop Shared Calendar Improvements
WORKAROUND. The scope of work to address this issue is beyond a hotfix so will need feature level work to address. It is on the backlog for future fix consideration. The issue can be temporarily resolved by disabling the Turn On Shared Calendar Improvements feature.

STATUS: FIXED. This issue has been fixed in the service and verified on service builds starting with 15.20.5588.10. WORKAROUND. You can work around this issue by taking the following steps: Remove the affected calendar (s) from Outlook Desktop. Enable “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in the Calendar Properties.

Cause. This issue occurs if the calendar that you're sharing is listed two times in the Calendar pane in Outlook. The duplicate calendar name appears the same as < Mailbox Owner >. Workaround. To work around this issue, use one of the following methods to remove the duplicate calendar in the Calendar pane.
