Scenario 1: You're missing a file, folder, or item from a list or library. Scenario 2: You've deleted a file or a folder and want to recover it. Scenario 3: Your library contains corrupted versions of files that you cannot open, and you want to recover working versions of the files.

Symptoms. When you try to share a calendar by using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook on the web, or Exchange Online PowerShell, you receive one or more of the following errors messages. Outlook for Windows. This calendar can't be shared by one or more people. Outlook on the web. You don't have permission to share your calendar with <email address>.

If lots of your SharePoint or Microsoft Teams files get deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or infected by malware, you can restore an entire shared document library to a previous time. The restore will undo all the actions that occurred on both files and folders in the last 30 days.

While items are in the site recycle bin, you can restore items you deleted to their original location. If you're using SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can even view and restore items that were deleted by someone else, as long as you have edit permissions.

After you add a shared calendar in Outlook Desktop, you are not able to select the checkbox next to the name. For example, a delegate adds a manager’s calendar but is not able to click to select and open it from the left navigation in the Calendar module. STATUS: WORKAROUND.

If you accidentally delete a file or folder in OneDrive, you may be able to recover it later from the OneDrive recycle bin, and if you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can even restore your entire OneDrive if something goes wrong.

How to enable add-ins for a shared calendar. When sending a meeting request from a shared calendar, the Office add-ins aren't enabled on the ribbon. If you have full access to the shared mailbox and are not a delegate of it, add the shared mailbox as an additional account in Outlook.

From the Home tab, select Share Calendar. In the Sharing and permissions page, type the name or email address of the person you want to share your calendar with and assign delegate access. Though you can share your calendar with more than one person, you can only add one person at a time from Outlook on the web.
