Restore a shared library - Microsoft Support
If lots of your SharePoint or Microsoft Teams files get deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or infected by malware, you can restore an entire shared document library to a previous time. The restore will undo all the actions that occurred on both files and folders in the last 30 days.

Restore deleted items from the site collection recycle bin
If you're a SharePoint administrator, you can restore a site collection using PowerShell. For info, see Restore-SPDeletedSite. There are two Recycle Bins, the site Recycle Bin (first-stage) and site collection Recycle Bin (second-stage). The default retention period for any item is 30 days.

While items are in the site recycle bin, you can restore items you deleted to their original location. If you're using SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can even view and restore items that were deleted by someone else, as long as you have edit permissions.
