If lots of your SharePoint or Microsoft Teams files get deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or infected by malware, you can restore an entire shared document library to a previous time. The restore will undo all the actions that occurred on both files and folders in the last 30 days.

Restore a shared library. If you only have one file or a select few files, you may opt to restore those specific files to an earlier version of the affected file from an existing file. To do this, follow these steps: Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal. Browse to the library that contains the affected file.

While items are in the site recycle bin, you can restore items you deleted to their original location. If you're using SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can even view and restore items that were deleted by someone else, as long as you have edit permissions.

If you accidentally delete a file or folder in OneDrive, you may be able to recover it later from the OneDrive recycle bin, and if you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can even restore your entire OneDrive if something goes wrong.

How to enable add-ins for a shared calendar. Problem. When sending a meeting request from a shared calendar, the Office add-ins aren't enabled on the ribbon. Solutions. To use Outlook add-ins while creating a meeting request for a shared calendar, you can use the following workarounds:

Shared mailboxes stop updating automatically. The shared mailbox status in the bottom bar in Outlook Desktop will show “Updating this folder”. In addition, you can confirm this is the issue by looking at the Sync Issues folder of the primary Exchange account in the Outlook profile.

For example, you can share a single mailbox across several individuals where all incoming and outgoing mail are from that mailbox. Or you can share one or more folders, or your entire mailbox with others. You can even allow others the ability to manage your calendar or mailbox.
