Unable to open a shared calendar in Outlook Desktop
After you add a shared calendar in Outlook Desktop, you are not able to select the checkbox next to the name. For example, a delegate adds a manager’s calendar but is not able to click to select and open it from the left navigation in the Calendar module. STATUS: WORKAROUND.

Error message when you share a calendar in Microsoft 365

Shared mailbox is not automatically refreshing for new email in Outlook
ISSUE. Shared mailboxes stop updating automatically. The shared mailbox status in the bottom bar in Outlook Desktop will show “Updating this folder”. In addition, you can confirm this is the issue by looking at the Sync Issues folder of the primary Exchange account in the Outlook profile.

Share and access a calendar with edit or delegate permissions in ...
In the Sharing and permissions page, type the name or email address of the person you want to share your calendar with and assign delegate access. Though you can share your calendar with more than one person, you can only add one person at a time from Outlook on the web.

Share and access another person's mailbox or folder in Outlook
To share one or more folders or to share your entire mailbox with others in your organization, follow these steps: Navigate to the folder you want to share. Right-click on the folder and choose Sharing and permissions.

Receive notifications from a shared calendar in Outlook
You can choose to receive email notifications when someone updates an event on a calendar that's shared with you. Receive calendar updates. In Outlook select Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars.

Create and share a public folder in Outlook - Microsoft Support
You can add a public folder to your Favorites folders. Then in Outlook Web App, you can perform certain functions within those same public folders, such as create, update or delete items. These actions can be done in Calendar, Contact, Mail and Post public folders.
