To share one or more folders or to share your entire mailbox with others in your organization, follow these steps: Navigate to the folder you want to share. Right-click on the folder and choose Sharing and permissions.

For example, you can share a single mailbox across several individuals where all incoming and outgoing mail are from that mailbox. Or you can share one or more folders, or your entire mailbox with others. You can even allow others the ability to manage your calendar or mailbox.

Learn how to open a shared mailbox in Outlook. Shared mailboxes let a group of users view and send email, and share a calender, and open a contact list from a common mailbox.

If you need to send a file that's blocked by Outlook, the simplest way to send your file is to upload it to OneDrive or a secure network share server such as SharePoint. Then send a link to the file. If you need to receive a blocked file, ask the sender to upload the file to OneDrive or SharePoint and send you a link.

This issue has been fixed in the service and verified on service builds starting with 15.20.5588.10. WORKAROUND. You can work around this issue by taking the following steps: Remove the affected calendar (s) from Outlook Desktop. Enable “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in the Calendar Properties.

Shared mailboxes stop updating automatically. The shared mailbox status in the bottom bar in Outlook Desktop will show “Updating this folder”. In addition, you can confirm this is the issue by looking at the Sync Issues folder of the primary Exchange account in the Outlook profile.

To open the shared mailbox: In the Tools menu, choose Accounts, and select the account that has access to the mailbox. Select Delegation and Sharing. Choose Shared With Me tab. Choose + to add a shared or delegated mailbox.

Symptoms. When you try to share a calendar by using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook on the web, or Exchange Online PowerShell, you receive one or more of the following errors messages. Outlook for Windows. This calendar can't be shared by one or more people. Outlook on the web. You don't have permission to share your calendar with <email address>.

From the Home tab, select Share Calendar. In the Sharing and permissions page, type the name or email address of the person you want to share your calendar with. Though you can share your calendar with more than one person, you can only add one person at a time.
