Share and access another person's mailbox or folder in Outlook
To share one or more folders or to share your entire mailbox with others in your organization, follow these steps: Navigate to the folder you want to share. Right-click on the folder and choose Sharing and permissions.

Blocked attachments in Outlook - Microsoft Support

This issue has been fixed in the service and verified on service builds starting with 15.20.5588.10. WORKAROUND. You can work around this issue by taking the following steps: Remove the affected calendar (s) from Outlook Desktop. Enable “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in the Calendar Properties.

Shared mailbox is not automatically refreshing for new email in Outlook
Shared mailboxes stop updating automatically. The shared mailbox status in the bottom bar in Outlook Desktop will show “Updating this folder”. In addition, you can confirm this is the issue by looking at the Sync Issues folder of the primary Exchange account in the Outlook profile.

To open the shared mailbox: In the Tools menu, choose Accounts, and select the account that has access to the mailbox. Select Delegation and Sharing. Choose Shared With Me tab. Choose + to add a shared or delegated mailbox.

From the Home tab, select Share Calendar. In the Sharing and permissions page, type the name or email address of the person you want to share your calendar with. Though you can share your calendar with more than one person, you can only add one person at a time.
