You can work around this issue by taking the following steps: Remove the affected calendar (s) from Outlook Desktop. Enable “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in the Calendar Properties. If you need to send a file that's blocked by Outlook, the simplest way to send your file is to upload it to OneDrive or a secure network share server such as SharePoint. Then send a link to the file. If you accidentally delete a file or folder in OneDrive, you may be able to recover it later from the OneDrive recycle bin, and if you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can even restore your entire OneDrive if something goes wrong.

If lots of your SharePoint or Microsoft Teams files get deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or infected by malware, you can restore an entire shared document library to a previous time. The restore will undo all the actions that occurred on both files and folders in the last 30 days.

When you need a new shared location to store team files, you can create a site that contains a shared library right from OneDrive, add members, and start working together. And it’s easy to copy or move files where you and others need them.

In Outlook select Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars. Under Shared calendars, if you have more than one account, select the account you want to receive notifications for. Under Calendar updates, select the shared calendars you want to receive email notifications for.
