Steps Recorder (called Problems Steps Recorder in Windows 7), is a program that helps you troubleshoot a problem on your device by recording the exact steps you took when the problem occurred. You can then send this record to a support professional to help them diagnose the problem. Notes:

The Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter helps you automatically repair issues when you're blocked from installing or removing programs. It also fixes corrupted registry keys. First, you'll need to download the troubleshooter. Download troubleshooter. If you see the File Download box when you start downloading, select Run or Open.

Launch the Xbox app for PC. Click your Profile picture. Click on Support. Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool. Click on Start Troubleshooting.

If the Windows Installer engine is corrupted, disabled, or installed incorrectly, this may cause program installation issues. Use the following methods to identify any Windows Installer issues that may be causing problems when you install, uninstall, or update programs.

If you cannot open your Outlook data file or suspect that the file is damaged, use the Inbox Repair tool (scanpst.exe) to repair errors in the file.

Step 1. Download the offline installer from your account portal. To download the offline installer, go to www.office.com. If you're not already signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your copy of Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 do that now.

64-bit version. The 64-bit version of OneDrive is automatically installed with later versions of Windows. Note: If you're using PerMachine, you'll need to run OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers. If you have a Mac, OneDrive is available in the 64-bit version and Apple silicon version. Download 64-bit version for Windows. Download OneDrive for Mac.

Windows 10. If installation doesn't start automatically, browse the disc to find the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe or Install.exe. Open the file to start installation. Insert the disc into your PC, and then follow the instructions on your screen. You might be asked for an admin password.
