Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall. Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now. Before you begin. Driver updates for Windows, along with many devices, such as network adapters, monitors, printers, and video cards, are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update. You probably already have the most recent drivers, but if you'd like to manually update or reinstall a driver, here's how: Update the device driver.

Click Start , type msconfig in the Search box, and then click msconfig.exe. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation. On the General tab, click Selective startup , and then clear the Load startup items check box.

Open Device Manager. To find touchpad devices, select Human Interface Devices or Mice and other pointing devices, then right-click the device you'd like to update. Select Update Driver. Reinstall touchpad drivers. Open Device Manager. Right-click the name of the device, then select Uninstall device. Select Uninstall and then restart your PC.

Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices . Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose one of the following from the drop-down list: Default —displays common Bluetooth devices. Advanced —displays all types of Bluetooth devices.

If installation doesn't start automatically, browse the disc to find the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe or Install.exe. Open the file to start installation. Insert the disc into your PC, and then follow the instructions on your screen.

From the root directory of the drive, double-click setup.exe, and then select Yes when asked if you’d like to allow the app to make changes to your device. Select Change to determine what to keep: Select one of the following options, and then select Next :

1. Check your speaker output. 2. Run the audio troubleshooter. 3. Verify that all Windows Updates are installed. 4. Check your cables, plugs, jacks, volume, speaker, and headphone connections. 5. Check sound settings. 6. Fix your audio drivers. 7. Set your audio device as the default device. 8. Turn off audio enhancements. 9. Restart Audio Services
