Fixes an issue in which a scheduled task is forcibly canceled by the TaskEng.exe process in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008.

Every hour, the Task Scheduler service schedules tasks to be run over the next hour in a schedule window. If the start time of a task coincides with the end of the current schedule window and with the beginning of the next schedule window, then the task may be scheduled two times.

To resolve this issue if it has already occurred, follow the steps in the "Workaround" section of "Known issue 2."

Consider the following scenario: You create some tasks in Task Scheduler on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista. Some of these tasks are randomly delayed tasks.
