Use a file compression utility. Using a compression utility, such as WinZip, creates a compressed archive file that has a different file name extension. Outlook doesn’t recognize these file name extensions as potential threats. Therefore, it doesn’t block the new attachment. Many third-party compression utilities are available.

How do I view my sent, trash, archive and other folders?
Outlook for Android Outlook for iOS. From the mail view, tap the account (3 lines) icon at the top left corner of the app. Tap the drop-down arrows to the right of the email account to expand a list of folders for that account. Tap on one of the folders to open it in the mail view.
