Download troubleshooter. If you see the File Download box when you start downloading, select Run or Open. The troubleshooter provides steps for you to follow. If a program isn't listed in the uninstall options, you'll be asked for that program's product code.

Select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. Reinstall the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.

In the top-center pane, double-click Windows Defender Scheduled Scan. Select the Triggers tab, and then select New. Set your time and frequency, and then select OK. Turn Windows Security real-time protection on or off. Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
