1. Check your speaker output. 2. Run the audio troubleshooter. 3. Verify that all Windows Updates are installed. 4. Check your cables, plugs, jacks, volume, speaker, and headphone connections. 5. Check sound settings. 6. Fix your audio drivers. 7. Set your audio device as the default device. 8. Turn off audio enhancements. 9. Restart Audio Services

Press and hold (or right-click) on the program you want to remove and select Uninstall or Uninstall / Change. Then follow the directions on the screen. Need more help? Press the Start button on your Windows device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen. Go to Search, enter dxdiag.exe, and then select dxdiag Run Command in the list of results, or press Enter.

Step 1: Install and open the Astro Command Center software. First, you’ll need to download the Astro Command Center software from the Astro support site: Astro support. On the Astro support page, scroll down to the Astro Command Center Software section, and select either Download ACC for PC or Download ACC for Mac.

Launch the Xbox app for PC. Click your Profile picture. Click on Support. Click on Gaming Services Repair Tool. Click on Start Troubleshooting.

With the file location open, press the Windows logo key + R, type shell:startup, then select OK. This opens the Startup folder. How to open Game Bar. Press Windows logo key + G to open Game Bar over your game, app, or desktop. All your favorite things in one place. When you open Game Bar, a variety of Xbox gaming activities are at your fingertips. Select a feature from the Widget Menu and it’ll pop up as a widget.

Select Update Driver. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions. Reinstall the device driver. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.
