Sign into your Skype My Account page.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and, under Account details , select Billing information . clear the history and cookies on your device and sign in again.
Note : If you are on an iPhone or iPad and don't have the Billing information option, you may need to -
Select the Edit button at the bottom of the page.

Update your billing details and select Save . The message "Your billing address has been updated" appears at the top of the page.
