If you want to create a new repair order for Surface or Xbox, please go to Device service and repair and sign in with your Microsoft account to create a new order.


• If you have an existing repair order that Best Buy opened for you, please return to Best Buy to pick up your device when it is ready. You can contact Best Buy with inquires about your order status.

• If you have a repair order that Best Buy created which wasn’t sent to Microsoft for repair or exchange, Best Buy is still handling that repair order.
