Link Surface Duo to your PC

Get calls, text messages, notifications, photos and more on your Windows 10 PC. Just use Link to Windows that’s built into Surface Duo and the Your Phone app on your PC.

Note: The Your Phone app is installed on a Windows 10 PC running the Windows 10 April 2018 Update or later.

  1. On your Surface Duo, swipe down from the top of the screen to see quick settings, then swipe down again to expand them.

  2. Tap Link to Windows.

  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Make sure you use the same Microsoft account on both your Surface Duo and your Windows 10 PC.

  4. On the Set up Your Phone app on your PC screen, tap My PC is ready.

  5. On your Windows 10 PC, open the Your Phone app, then select Send notification to get final permission.

  6. On your Surface Duo, select Allow when you get the notification to finish connecting.

Now you can get calls, texts, notifications, photos, and more in the Your Phone app on your PC.
