Troubleshoot Surface Duo screen issues

If your Surface Duo screen isn’t working properly, here are some ways you may be able to get it working again:

• If your screen is flickering, looks yellow, or has other problems, you can reset your Surface Duo to factory settings. 

• If your screen won’t power on, you can:

  • Hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Try a different charger and USB-C cable.
  • Charge the device for an hour.
